It appears Dave’s Killer Bread, which I used to eat a lot, before it was bought out by a big conglomerate, contains a lot of junk. I learned to make my own bread, really easy. I suggest organic flour. (twitter.com)

I totally agree, but it's the same as how rice crispy treats have wood in them, and so does pre shredded cheese... It's powdered wood. Chunks simply doesn't happen
