That would exclude a lot of disabled people who live off of SSI or SSDI. And there are a lot of disabled vets who live off of those. And I've seen quite a few Anons here who have mentioned they're on disability.
Yes, some don't think it through. I live on disability and work part time. I get most of my tax returned at end of year. I shouldn't vote? Of course, some believe i shouldn't vote merely bc I'm a woman. Two strikes? Idiots.
You are correct and I did not make the distinction between non producers and retired, disabled. It's the career takers that need to be cut out. There are generations of takers who's family has never worked.
