The brand we use is Polselli, Selezione BIO Tipo 00 Organic soft wheat flour 11 lb bag, we order it through Amazon and have it set to automatically be delivered every month. You can get it delivered as often as you like. It is a little more expensive than flour you purchase from US flour but well worth the health benefits. We also purchase our pasta the same way from Italy. Sad that the US system of bastardizing our food has come to this.
Thank you. I was ordering flour from Europe, one that was “old world” and not modified in any way. I was making the bread for the kids and need to go back to it.
