He's simply saying:
"if many of you report being dis-satisfied, etc., why not just have different areas to allow everybody to live with whoever they want?"
I'm glad you came, because I wanted to ask the audience what I'll now ask you.
Literally what is the problem with that? Wouldn't you like to get away from the white racists?
This isn't even a dramatic solution. He's proposing something to literally appeal to what blacks/leftists say themselves, and they're still acting nonsensical about it.

Because when people say things like this:
“If many of you report being dissatisfied, why not just create separate areas so everyone can live with whoever they want?”
They’re not being fully honest.
When someone says, “Why can’t people just live around whoever they want,” what they’re often really implying is this:
They want everyone else to adopt that same mindset.
It stops being about personal choice and starts becoming about shaping how others behave.
It’s not just about their preferences it’s about influencing what everyone else should be doing.
