I don't understand what the "goal was to keep POTUS in until impeachment." Anyone understand this?
If you read the european press (they all chirp to the same tune no matter the language) and follow the democrat sponsored media you’ll find here and there bits of information from the other side:
Carney leads the opposition to Trump and inspires all the leaders of the world to resist; Trump thinks he’ll wear out Iran before midterms/end of his term but he’s wrong, Iran won already; Iran has destroyed a lot of the American bases there, their missiles are very effective.
Always informative, you only need to read everything in the mirror.
Depends on what you think Iran has won. Iran will no longer control the strait, they will no longer have the ability to build uranium. US wins because we will no longer be pulled into wars in the ME because of Iran’s terrorism. And the US bases - since they’re destroyed, as you say, no one gets to use them as bases for themselves.

this was 8 years ago. so parts of it could have applied or referenced prior years or even future events. we dont know yet.
Also fwiw Dems only talked about impeachment starting in July 17…formally announced in Sept 19.
