Wasnt there something with Project Looking Glass where they could not see past 2012? Im blown away buy todays delta & it takes a lot for me to get here.

It wasn't necessarily that they could not see future past 2012, but that they could not manipulate probabilities of the future past that time. All timelines converged in to one future and so "they could not see past 2012" just means they weren't getting the future they were looking for
