For whatever it is worth - consider that - like the old Rice Krispies tv ad for those "treats" the happy housewife make - she dusted her nose with flour and explained "these things take time" to impress her family.

These also "take time to impress" - release the passengers around the world, allow for inclubation time, more exposure time to develop, until the deaths mount, rinse and repeat...

Maybe it will take a few more months to get it big enough to declare us all to head home and hunker down, until "they' can build enough of those internment camps that wanted to make 5 or 6 years ago. Again, just me thinking creatively. They will pull something to try to keep us from the midterm voting booth - that's my guess.
