Easy: hire Paul Bunion and his big blue ox.

Actually, it just needed a couple of smart people and a lot of Irishmen.

The big assumption among others is that it was a linear process. Not how I would do it at all.

Their explanation is more fun and harkens to the second big flood story.

By the way: the pyramids also only needed one or two smart guys. Easy-Peasy.
