A Call to Prayer: The Gentle Nudge of the SpiritMaybe you’ve felt it—that quiet, persistent nudge deep in your spirit. A holy discontent. A longing for something more real, more eternal. The last ten years have been intense. The old America—the one many of us grew up in—is not coming back. And here is the good news: that is a good thing. Because Jesus is doing a new thing. He is restoring, renewing, and rebuilding on the only foundation that can stand: Himself.

Our Founding Fathers understood the danger of unchecked power. They knew that without Christ and biblical morality at the center, liberty becomes license and power inevitably corrupts. Slowly, subtly, our nation was torn apart—not primarily by foreign armies, but by deception from within. Satan has always been a master of twisting language, inverting truth, and corrupting institutions from the inside.

He removed prayer and moral instruction from our schools. He rushed our children into adulthood before their time. He pulled both fathers and mothers out of the home, placing our most innocent under the influence of systems that increasingly rejected God. He taught generation after generation that right is wrong and wrong is right. He convinced us we are victims of one another—that our only path to peace is endless conflict between groups. Division became the strategy. Chaos became the tool.

But God is sovereign. He only allows the wandering to go so far before He calls His people home. And many of us have heard that call.

You are not alone. The living God is moving across this land and around the world in ways that will leave us in awe. He is calling us back to prayer. Back to Scripture. Back to intimate relationship with Him. Back to the fear of the Lord that is the beginning of wisdom.

Politics has its vital place—we must be informed, we must vote, we must engage. But politicians will not save us. No election, no policy, no administration can heal what is spiritually broken. We cannot govern our way out of a spiritual crisis. Only the Church—the Body of Christ—rising in unity and authority can do that.

This is why President Trump has called us to prayer. Not so we can sit passively and wait for leaders to fix everything. He called us to prayer because he understands the truth of 2 Chronicles 7:14:“If My people, who are called by My name, will humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal our land.” This is bigger than one man or one administration. This is the Second Founding of America—a spiritual re-founding. Our original Founders had incredible foresight about human nature and the corrupting influence of power, but even they could not have imagined the internet, social media, global travel, or the speed at which ideas now spread. These tools are not inherently evil; they are amplifiers. The question is: will we use them for the glory of God or allow them to be used against us?

Now more than ever, we have the opportunity to use these digital means to connect the Body of Christ like never before in history—linking believers across neighborhoods, cities, states, and nations in real-time prayer, unified worship, shared testimonies, and coordinated spiritual action. What the early Church could only dream of, we can now live out: a connected, mobilized, praying army of the Lord spanning the globe in an instant. Platforms like communities.win can serve as that vital place to meet up, find local fellow believers, organize prayer gatherings, and build sustained relationships that turn one-day events into lasting revival.

Rededicate 250 is not the end—it is the beginning. It is the first major step in reclaiming the spiritual territory we surrendered long ago. Every home, every church, every community, every sphere of influence—education, media, government, business, family—must be brought back under the Lordship of Christ.

Satan has infiltrated systems, but he does not own them. The earth is the Lord’s and everything in it. Now is the time for the Church to rise, take back spiritual authority, and declare that the only true path forward is through Jesus Christ.

We are many, but we have been divided—even among those awakening. Too often we build small personal kingdoms instead of advancing the Kingdom of God. That must change. This cannot be a one-day prayer event that fades away. It must become a lifestyle. A movement of sustained, local, fervent prayer. Prayer meetings in homes. Revival in churches. Repentance in cities. Unity across denominational lines for the sake of the nation.

The Lord is calling. Will you answer?

Humble yourself. Pray. Seek His face. Turn from anything that hinders. Teach your children the Word. Restore the altar in your home. Reclaim your community. And believe that the God who healed Israel can still heal America.

This is our moment. Not in our own strength—but in His.

Let’s make history—not just remember it. America, return to the Lord. He is ready to heal our land.
