"As a retired officer, I would love to sit on the court martial board for this one. Just play the video! He acknowledges receiving the Pentagon briefing and continues to explain the content of the briefing. If he left out he had received pentagon briefings he could have claimed he obtained the data from some open source.

Legally his goose is cooked. Return him to active duty and court martial him."
