The loudest proponent is Dime Store Obama because after they (think they can) steal the mid terms the first order of business is to drop the gavel, appoint Hakeem SOTH and then he adjurns a vote immediately to impeach both Trump & Vance upon which vote he assumes the POTUS role. Just watch the intensity build for this wet dream of theirs that they whole heartedly belive and need ! Trumps Lawyer Peter Ticktin has been a touring surrogate for this plan he has the inside information on.
