If this has to be judicially handled in DC, I wouldn't hold my breath. These cases may have to be tried in the court of public opinion for there to be enough pressure to take some action. Just of thought given the position of most of the activist Dem judges in DC.
Soon Edit: just do it and prove it in court later. Can they not get one single judge to sign off on this??
