Which government or local organization is the overseer of these kind of foreign Visa applications? Is there no one who checks to verify business location, employer, business entity, etc.?
This whole thing needs to be overhauled. We are being infiltrated and overrun with foreigners who are liars, thieves and non-citizens.
If the government oversight group is poorly trained or understaffed, then they need to charge the foreign students and their employers increased application and residency fees to support more oversight officers and enforcement!
I think all foreign students need too be removed from this country.

The country were they came from must pay or do the job without wages. Like when the felons used to do back when. If you were in jail you need it to do hard labor, now they stay in their cell without doing shit and on top these felons get paid, can you believe it?

Sure their is.However they take a cut to look the other way. Until such participants are prosecuted, jailed, lose their pensions and are forbidden from ever holding another job ever in local, state or federal government...it will continue because their present skill set is in high demand across all levels of government.
