IN 1934, 16 TERMINAL CANCER PATIENTS WERE BROUGHT TO A CLINIC IN SAN DIEGO. ALL 16 WALKED OUT ALIVE. THE MACHINE THAT SAVED THEM WAS DESTROYED BY THE AMERICAN MEDICAL ASSOCIATION.
His name was Royal Raymond Rife.
In the 1920s, Rife built the most powerful optical microscope ever created. It could

Pretty sure his microscopy work was separate from the frequency delivery, and was used to identify pathogens and determine terminal frequency.
Just a quick AI excerpt here:
Royal Rife's original Beam Ray #5 machine, developed in 1936โ1939, used a M.O.P.A. (Master Oscillator Power Amplifier) design with a plasma ray tube filled with noble gases like neon or argon. It operated using two oscillators: a variable audio oscillator and a fixed radio frequency (RF) oscillator set at 3.30 or 3.80 MHz. The system did not directly apply audio frequencies for treatment. Instead, it combined them with the high-frequency RF carrier wave to generate harmonic sideband frequencies through resonance. These sidebands were believed to match the Mortal Oscillatory Rate (M.O.R.) of pathogens, causing them to disintegrate. The machine consumed 450 to 600 watts of power, delivering approximately 75 watts of RF output to the ray tubeโsignificantly more powerful than modern replicas. This method relied on high-power RF transmission via the plasma tube, designed for deep tissue penetration and broad-spectrum microbial inactivation, according to historical accounts and technical reconstructions.
Alas. For me, this raises more questions than answers. MOPA is used here in a different way than I have been used to in lasers. I don't quite understand the attempt to mix audio frequency (20 to 20k Hz) with radio frequency (3.30-3.8 MHz, just below radar). I'm not a radio guy, so I don't have a clear idea what the sideband frequencies would be. And then, is he amplitude modulating the light with this frequency?
This is why I never was interested in becoming an electrical engineer! I would be hesitant, however, to spray that much power at any patient.
