That was not unexpected. The board members making six figures knew that accepting that offer would be the end of their luxurious lifestyles because RC only pays his board with stock tying their income with the success of the company.
RC will simply hoist the jolly Roger 🏴☠️ and make it a hostile takeover. (Unless this is the Kansas City shuffle and never the real target)
Yeah I didn’t expect it to go smoothly the first time either. I’m fairly certain in business and negotiation that the first offer is always rejected anyway.
I always thought the instant Berkshire Hathaway play would be because of MOASS. They already have 9billion on hand. If they sell into a real MOASS then they would be able to buy up many more companies because the shorts would have to liquidate their longs to cover their shorts. Thus driving GME to the moon and tanking the longs.
Buffet still has the largest cash position held in history waiting for the bubble to pop. Dr Burry said that this bubble is bigger than DOT COM and housing bubble together.
That means some companies will be able to buy much larger ones cheaply.
I hope this is what ultimately transformative for the capital markets means. That's what RC said about his play and I don't think eBay fits that line very well unless I'm regarded.
Also the wombo combo gif ended 5:13:21

Flip is 521.

Yes. I figured they would. And I'm sure that Ryan can figure better than me.

Pretty sure his buddy Carl Icon knows all about hostile takeover.
Correct MOASS tomorrow.

Keeping an eye on my meager investments on it at the moment...
