Dems and Rinos are big mad we aren't stuck in a forever ground war. This isn't a "quagmire" in any way, shape, or form. Our troops in the region are doing what they always do in the region. Sitting in relative safety at our protected bases and ships. There are just more of them than normal. The only pressure is coming from domestic enemies at home. Not from Iran.
