It would certainly stirr up a hornets nest. It would be an act of desperation. But then it would not be the Covid papers or mk-ultra, but something else. After all we know CIA has dirty secrets .... dark dirty secrets ....

What I found interesting is the messaging following it: Gabbard out. And of course tying it to Noem.
