What a lousy report. No film of the device, nor of any agencies in boats, or the boom as the charge was set off. Plus, if it were the size of a hand grenade I seriously doubt it would have done any structural damage to the dam. Maybe chip a small amount of concrete off the face of the da., but it would come nowhere near the size to bring the dam down. Ugh, the reporters are acting like it was a big deal.
