Since AI is run in data and NSA has all data and world comms. I’ll assume that Q is a government AI that actually doesn’t hallucinate. If consumer models are what they are, why wouldn’t military versions not be decades ahead. Always is.
They give it to the contractors. Many of the top google execs were former DARPA. Our tax dollars develop the tech then gets seeded into ‘public’ companies. Ai apps have the fastest growing tech in history with very few set backs. Look at the internal combustion engine, steam engine etc.
