The system today in the USA incentivises physicians to put patients on drugs, and treatments. It's toxic.
So, what RFK is doing is incetivising physicians to bring their patients to health and get them OFF of drugs and treatments.
In an idea world, every doctor would be a saint and an exemplary humanitarian. But its not an idea world. Also, the System is configured to incentivise people to become doctors for the wealth it can create. Plus, becoming a physician requires hundreds of thousands of $$$, so many existing doctors (young ones) have significant debt.
To change the system, you have to make changes one by one, unless you want a total collapse.
This is a pretty darn good first step. In ideal vs practical, this is a good step forward. (It also attacks the big pharma system that uses money to induce permanent patients.)
Hmmm..... Ok. But one step at a time.
