Its all a lie anyway. An overwhelming majority of that "growth" comes from bisexuals, pansexuals, etc. Basically anything that allows a woke moron to claim they're NOT straight while being straight. Its usually dumb college age women saying stupid crap like that to try and get a "protected status", but then proceed to literally NEVER date anything but guys.
You can find an equal number of polls showing that acceptance of the queer crap among younger generations is falling off a cliff. You ALSO have to account for life expectancy. Most non straights have DRASTICALLY lower life expectancy. Its a statistical fact that a majority of queers will at least ATTEMPT suicide at least once before they're 30. And a large percentage of them end up dying early from some STD (or cocktail of STDs in a lot of cases) because they're so promiscuous by nature.
So a lot of these people being polled years ago, are likely dead now. Which is one of the problems with these types of polls. Its not like we put whether someone was gay or not on their death certificates, so they can poll them, and then they either kill themself or die of some venereal disease within a year or so. This isn't that big a problem when talking about statistics that make up LARGE portions of the population, but when its sub 10% that can make large swings in ACTUAL population numbers in reality.
Overall, these numbers are a lie through and through. I don't know, nor do I pretend to know what the ACTUAL numbers are. But they're nowhere near what they try to say they are. They only say its so high to try and force an agenda and convince everyone its "normal", when its not
