The USA fighting never ending wars in the middle east, replacing governments of different countries, doing all the different CIA operations, etc are what have caused Iran calling the USA great satan and preparing weapons to attack the USA.

If the USA started truly following Monroe/Donroe doctrine there would be no reason to attack the USA anymore.

Same with the Japanese in WW2. We would never have gone to war with them if we hadn't been occupying the Philippines .
