Those were just "innocent fishing boats". The $45.8 million in drugs was fishing bait. Those fish won't bite on anything else.
This is the HITRON program that I came up with for the Coast Guard. Very effective. Evidently still in effect, even though the military is now blowing up the boats. Personally, I like blowing up the boats more. But this gives us people to interrogate.
They should send in Coast Guard to clean the oil spill up in the Persian Gulf, once the straight is open!
