He is not a stupid man. He fell in with the wrong party and he fell for TDS in a large way. I am not saying he isn't one of the leaders against Trump, and if his crime(s) amount to punishment that is MORE than jail time- Comey should get the worse punishment for the crime he committed. It will be difficult for the criminals (as judges, or jurors to find him guilty) I hope they see through the bs and realize the truth.
