Well, his silence on the surveillance state and digital ID and loss of online anonymity sure signals to me that he's in favor of all of those things

There will always be a fight over the balance of Freedom vs Safety(security) . This is more subjective than making business help a nation the best way it can for the masses rather than the top % of business owners and other elites in power.
