Little fish like her can get a maximun of five years, but im thinking that if they give up bigger fish their sentences could be reduced as a way to help the prosecution. How much time should the big kahunas get? Folks who were in the meetings where the plan was fleshed out and sent out marching orders ought to get more than five years. Maybe twenty, as a way to show our future generations what WILL happen if they participate in such endeavors.
Little fish < 5 years, middle management = 10 years and high level culprits get the book thrown at them!
Sterilise their bloodline, if they are citizens, bar them from public service or welfare.
If they are first / second / third generation immigrants, deport every last one. Take a DNA sample and bar entry to anyone related.

Very good ideas. I like the "seize assets" a lot. Tough toenails if the family becomes destitute overnight. They will have time to contemplate their situation while on the boat back to India. Haha.
