It is a much better pizza,has lots more tomato sauce.
I don't know why, but it seems like about 30 years ago, pizza places quit using much sauce. It's not expensive, so I don't know why they all seemed to cut back to such a small amount it's barely noticable.
I've noticed that myself. I only know of one pizza place that uses lots of sauce.
It makes a big difference.
Without significant sauce, it's just bread and cheese :)
