So, with what the trump admin is doing, it effectively prevents the process from continuing and actually providing different rails for the people to free themselves from the debt-slavery system.
It would fit nicely, as indeed, they have what they need.
in my local neck of the woods there is an asset-for-future -debt swap in progress.
