I highly doubt it, NC has been trending redder and redder every year, even WITH cheating. I mean for pete's sake, they have a republican supermajority in their state legislature. The dem governor is an outlier that they cheated in. Keep in mind they ALSO said massie had like a 74% chance of winning his primary up until literally yesterday.
Polls aren't meant to reflect reality, they're meant to try and FORM public opinion.
