It'll be interesting to see where young black men are on this. There's no reason at all for them to be loyal to Democrats. Athletes are being treated better than ever under NIL.
The thing about performative virtue signaling: it works when there's a reward. Athletes were mostly happy to mask, vax, BLM, and rainbow when it paid.
How far will the protest go when there is a punishment in reduced NIL exposure?
