The Iranian people will have an army on their side. Perhaps they can work together to end the IRGC and the Islamic Republic once and for all. A free Persia will rise from the ashes.
When they stop getting paid is when they act. These guys aren’t hero’s, they have propped up this regime for decades and murdered citizens when ordered.
Let chaos reign, topple the regime. Then build the gallows.
That's true fren, but they could have chosen to stand with the IRGC and they didn't. The army has weapons to fight back while the people don't. That's a win in my book. Let them tear each other apart.
Speaking of which.. whatever happened to those Kurds from Iraq who were mobilizing against the regime? Haven't heard a peep about them.
Hopefully the people get to choose who governs them in the end, and anyone in the army that are guilty of crimes will face justice.
Armed confrontations between Iran's regular Army and the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) are reportedly breaking out across multiple Iranian cities including Tehran, Tabriz, Isfahan, and Ahvaz, according to Alhurra citing informed military and political sources inside the country. The clashes follow the death of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei and signal serious fractures within the Islamic Republic's military and security apparatus at a critical moment.
The split has deep roots. Ayatollah Khomeini founded the IRGC after the 1979 revolution specifically because he feared a coup from the regular Army. Over decades, the regime gave the IRGC far more funding, political clout, economic control, and ideological favoritism, transforming it into a parallel military empire that controls missile forces, intelligence operations, major economic sectors, and regional proxy networks. The regular Army was systematically sidelined and distrusted while the IRGC became the regime's true power center. If confirmed, these armed clashes represent an internal war between the regime's two military pillars.
This is extremely interesting news if true.

At some point military generals will act w/ the will of the people simply because their soldiers ARE THOSE SAME PEOPLE and have no choice.

Time to start bombing IRGC emplacements and encampments. Air drop leaflets all over Iran urging their army to start fighting back against the IRGC.
