A big no for me with data centers.
And supermarkets! And airports! I hate cheese!
Biggest problem always is the ability to find the middle ground between entrenched bureaucracy and technological progress while making sure no major adverse effects to the communities and environment
This order seems to meticulously balance all these factors.

No doubt there are challengers. We are talking about cutting edge technology thats going to decide who gets to make the rules for the world - whether it will be US with American Principles or China with their Communist/CBDC.
And we are up for the challenge. By no means evaporative cooling is the only option as the mainstream makes us believe:
Microsoft's zero water cooling
Hybrid cooling that can reduce water requirement by 80%
Immersion cooling, direct to chip cooling, and dry cooling
However I get it. Every new technological progress is going to disrupt the society to an extent. The options we are looking at:
Rise up to the challenge, develop this technology under a patriotic administration that cares about America, and become fully free from the Banksters
Decide we want no risks, let China take the reins, continue deindustrializations, and inevitably sell all land, resources etc to the Chinese companies and hope for the best.
Honestly, there is no other alternative.
If there is poison coming back in the water.
Sue them, force them into having to purify the water better than they found it or their CEO and board can be held liable for criminal negligence.
Data centers aren't the problem.
Externalities from industry are.
There should already be laws in place for polluting public drinking water, knowingly.
Providing the deep state does what it is suppose to do. We all know how they purposely ignore his orders at times. And we all know what the State & local governments do for money.
Trump is cutting all the strings and freeing people at every level. Those who chose to follow the evil path even after strings cut are being exposed. We dont need to depend on the deep state for anything, since deep state is being exposed. Dark to light.
The correct formulization of the problem is "Providing the People do what they are supposed to for the best of the Country" and that is a BIG IF, but the ONLY IF that matters.
The whole reason for Great Awakening is so that all the people understand whats the right thing to do.
