There is nothing wrong with a naturalized citizen becoming a public servant, even congress.

Yes, there is.

People not born and raised in the country do not have the same relationship to the country.

If I were to move to another country, and even become naturalized, I would not presume that I should be allowed to run their government.

USA should not allow it, either.
