🚨 UPDATE: The Somali fraudster who FLED from law enforcement in Minnesota this morning has been identified as MUHAMMAD OMAR

I'm sure everyone is SHOCKED.

In addition to Omar's fraud charges, he's now being hit with charges for "seeking to flee from law enforcement and seeking to obstruct justice by virtue of his conduct today," per DOJ
