Expecting government to police itself is like posting the fox to guard the hen house. Until every American realizes that the power to reform government, and the authority to do so, lies solely with the person they see when they look into a mirror, we will never truly fix the issues we face today.

Our government, as it operates today, is controlled by evil people like Gates. That is why government is not the solution, it is the problem that needs to be solved.
