It's obviously real, look at the light reflecting off the glass, I don't think they'd let him put up a flyer like that for a video, so it's not an old fashioned fake either.

Anyone could just print it and put it on the outside of the glass as a prank. There's no visible tape or blu tac, making it looked like it's attached to the outside, rather than the inside as they usually would, otherwise rain would ruin all their posters.
If it were real, then it would be rolled out to 1,000s of Subways and there'd be 100s of videos of it.
