They may not be citizens, but lately most of Amazon deliveriers these days can barely speak English. We know of several deliveries to the WRONG addresses ...(one was ours) They were never found, but Amazon at least replaced our shipment. Perhaps they either can't read English or don't understand the directions of their GPS. Regardless, non-English fluent drivers should NOT be driving in America.
Same in my town in SE Missouri. People on our town FB page are constantly looking for their packages. We suspect it's a driver or drivers who speak no English and cannot read it either. It happened to me a few weeks ago, luckily a nice elderly gentleman dropped my package off after it was mistakenly left at his doorstep. I live on a residential street with the house clearly marked. There should be no excuse.
