I’ve spoken at length with knowledgeable community leaders (business people) who were in their communities of Baltimore, MD, Cambridge, MD, & Asbury Park NJ during the race riots of the late 1960s. To a person they described in bewilderment how the real rabble rousers and instigators of the riots were not from those neighborhoods or even regions. None of the local residents knew where they came from.
Those operations were the same then as they are now. All planned by nefarious actors. Nothing spontaneous about any of this.
