Does President Trump have the Constitutional right, as Commander in Chief of the Armed Services, to maintain discipline within the ranks? Does he have the right to say what standards our future military soldiers must have in order to serve? Does President Trump want the best and brightest soldiers America is capable of producing? Why should the courts get involved in the defense of this country? I'd rather have a strong commander of the military do what he thinks is necessary than a liberal court say what they think is best for us.
