"Counting centers" should not exist.
ALL ballots should be counted at the polling site where they were cast, in full view of Internet cameras and witnesses.
Counting centers are nothing but cheating centers.
When I worked in the polls in LA County, we counted the ballots before we drove them downtown. We made sure everything added up and nothing was missing. It was a helluva long day.
