I'm sure they did. But they're wrong. He doesn't have the power to override Congress and the US Constitution.
He can try pushing it through with an EO, but it will just immediately get smacked down by the courts.
You need to remember that just because an Anon said it, it doesn't make it true. Judging by what I see on this board, most Anons are just as clueless about how our laws and government works as the average US citizen. It's actually pretty concerning. I can't tell you how many times I've seen Anons celebrate a bill being introduced, thinking it's automatically a law just because it was introduced. It's like they have zero concept of what it takes to turn a bill into a law. I've seen links to the video for "School House Rock: I'm Just A Bill" too many times to count. And it still happens everytime a bill they like gets introduced.
