Part of me is like F that HOA but another part of me is like you definitely knew there was an hoa when you bought your house

I don't think an HOA can coerce you into giving up your Constitutionally stated and protected rights.

If HOA language is in contrast to the Constitution of the US, the HOA will need to change its policies to be compliant with the Constitution of the US.
