swatting is very close to being the same as attempted murder. I am no scholar but the intent to cause is death when swatting. The long term affect of swatting is still to be discovered. I think Swatting all by itself is an overreach and common sense should be used for each issue. Yet getting a bunch of men with guns all adrenalized and breaking into a home over gossip in my opinion is the definition of insanity.

Once I had the local sheriff knocking on my door and I answered it. He started to just walk and I naturally started to push him out the door. It could have ended badly for me but thankfully he still had a brain while I was pushing him out of the house and as I was doing so I would also speak to him.. as pushing him back he naturally put his hand on his firearm too.

I calmly asked him what address is he going to? He said the address and I calmly said you were at the wrong address. He did an about face and bounced. No sorry, no letter, nothing.

So if I was to be swatted I would most likely naturally not survive and whoever is doing a swatting wants that to happen to their target. I think it could lead to a new type of serial killers.
