I live in a Nation with Universal Healthcare. The more 3rd world people we import, the quicker the service drops in quality. But I NEVER have to worry about not having enough money to get care.
What good is guaranteed care if the quality is absolute dogshit, or if it comes 6 months too late? Or if you're required to strongly consider euthanasia before you are allowed access to anything else?

When there is a storm and people are trying to drive to work, they will just show up with their trucks and muscles to get people's cars over the icy hills! They just show up! [I experienced the same thing on the icy road from Landstuhl up the hill to Baumholder. The guys just appeared with their trucks and their muscles to help other people over the hill!]
