Yeah, “B” (two tiered Justice system) is correct. “A” is not relevant (TikTok banned a hashtag), therefore “A -> B” doesn’t map.
It’s not that the claim is wrong, it’s that the argument to get to the claim is nonsensical, going by what’s in the meme anyway.
Maybe the hashtag is only banned in the UK, or was banned at UK request? Even then, that’s nothing to do with the Justice system, but with the UK actively showing hatred to natives.
