Someone commented that they were cancelling, and the company apparently replied from their official account with something like "I've always wanted a toxic ex!". Completely unhinged behavior for a corporation.
I just don't understand why a company that I assume wants to turn a profit feels compelled to alienate 90%+ of their potential customers.
Our economic system is so far removed from actual free market capitalism that these goons were probably assigned to their jobs and guaranteed financial support up until it became self-sustaining. Incestuous VC & Tech Bro oligopolies. I'm sure they feel entitled.
