BS. Every citizen of every state has the right of representation, among other God-given rights. And, if that representation is taken away, the rights of other states are compromised.

The feds have a duty to correct the situation, just as surely as they had the duty to correct Jim Crow laws that compromised the voting rights of a percentage of the people within those states at the time. Given that the majority of voters are being disenfranchised. there is a more compelling case for intervention today.
