True, but the first time it was "against Trump." A huge number of people hated Trump, to the point that the seeds of propaganda made it impossible to listen to the obvious, and real people (not just agents/plants/pundits) made up a vehement vocal minority.
Now, those real people have seen quite a few election cycles of "purported" fraud, including the "other side" pushing "Election Fraud" (a lot of leftie pundits accusing Trump of cheating in 2024). That means the possibility is planted in the mind (predictive programming) on BOTH SIDES of the fence. Everyone now believes "Election Fraud is possible."
That's all it takes. Just the possibility. Now, with an even bigger "impossibility" against someone who wasn't actually "hated" even if it was an opponent, people are a lot more likely to allow for the possibility.
This may not our first rodeo, but it has a lot fewer clowns.
