UPS, Jockey underwear, completely different outcome. We got the package, opened, men items and packing slip removed, RETAPED haphazardly. UPS admitted fault but Jockey replaced all of the missing items. Says a lot about BestBuy.
I can tell you I hate Best Buy. It's more like Worse Buy. That was a while back and I was in Portland. Purchased a Christmas present and it didn't fit so we return it along with the original box and everything. They wanted to charge $50 for restocking fee. Oh, I went on social media and they quit. Refund me.
If Bestbuy sent it in good faith and isn't involved in a theft scam, why should they replace it? Seems like law enforcement and Fed Ex should be dealing with this?

Actually, the one stealing should be paying for it, but I just don't like Best Buy.
Yah.. the actual thief for sure, but he at least is under the Fed Ex umbrella, not Best Buy. Do you know if the thief was fired at least?
