If Bestbuy sent it in good faith and isn't involved in a theft scam, why should they replace it? Seems like law enforcement and Fed Ex should be dealing with this?

Actually, the one stealing should be paying for it, but I just don't like Best Buy.

Yah.. the actual thief for sure, but he at least is under the Fed Ex umbrella, not Best Buy. Do you know if the thief was fired at least?
